Where can I find information on a specific apartment?
If you know the name of your apartment, or if you are looking for a certain type of apartment, located in a different area, or offering certain amenities, you can fill these into our apartment search form found here.
What is the precise address of the apartment?
For security reasons, we do not advertise the precise address of the apartment. You can find a map on the property’s page with its approximate location, as well as the street and nearest cross street in the description.
We will send a confirmation email after you have secured your booking with the exact address. The arrival document will also contain this information.
What is the minimum number of nights I can book?
Because our apartments are all different and that they are located in different buildings, requirements can sometimes change.

What are the check in and check out times?
Check in starts at 1pm (13:00) on the first day of your stay. Please keep in mind the check in time could possibly be pushed back to allow for additional cleaning may this be needed. You can however leave your bags starting at 10:30am. If the apartment is clean upon arrival, please feel free to start using the property at that time.
Check out is 10am at the latest on the final day of your stay.
Can I have an early check in or check out?
Depending on the schedule for each apartment, we can offer you an early check in or late check out.
To know if this is possible, please inquire during the booking process.
Do you have last minute deals?
We can offer you a last minute deal within one week of your stay on selected properties. Please inquire at the time of booking.

When do I get the refund for the security deposit?
We refund the security deposit within 7 days maximum following the end of your stay.
I have not yet received the keys to the property. How do I get in?
If you should have received keys to the reserved property and are about to leave on your trip, please contact us immediately.
As we have to plan a meeting with you directly at the property, we ask that you please send us your precise arrival information. You then simply have to follow the “arrival without keys” procedure which you will find in the arrival document.
What is the best way to the property from the major airports / train stations?
Information about how to get to the property you reserved will be included in the arrival document.
When do I get the arrival document?
After the balance has been paid, we will send you a link to download the arrival document.
We highly recommend you print this out or download it to your mobile device for your trip, as it contains important information about your arrival.
